ATL FITNESS BOOT-CAMP CLASSES

New high intensity interval circuit training bootcamp class schedule at ATL Fitness 24/7!

One of the most popular formats of group fitness classes are boot camps. They are fun, effective, and exciting, as we can integrate a huge variety of workouts into a class of either 30, 45, or 60 minutes. HIIT classes are great for weight loss, cardio workouts, muscle gain, strength training, body shaping, and general health and wellness.

DO YOU DO ANY BOXING OR KICKBOXING IN YOUR BOOTCAMP CLASSES AT ATL FITNESS 24/7?

In some we do, and in some we don’t. It just depends on the class and coach. Our boot camps are designed to maximum impact, and to burn lots of calories, not for technical instruction, so any boxing/kickboxing we do would be high paced and sweaty!

DO YOU HAVE BOOTCAMPS AVAILABLE 24 HOURS A DAY?

Our gyms are 24/7/365 for members, and are staffed from 6am to 8pm Mon-Fri and 9am to 1pm on Sat. During those staffed hours we run classes intermittently thru the day. Outside of staffed hours we have the boot-camp class facilities/workout stations available for use of members!
